Dripping Springs’ Caliterra community to host 2016 Parade of Homes™
Four builders to showcase $1.2 mil+ luxury custom homes
AUSTIN, TX, (Feb. 1, 2016) — The Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin has selected Caliterra, a beautiful 600-acre master-planned community minutes from downtown Dripping Springs, as the next location for its flagship luxury home tour, the Parade of Homes™. This year’s Parade of Homes will take place October 28th through November 13th. The Parade of Homes showcases “The Leading-Edge and Best in Homebuilding” and Caliterra is leading the pack in Dripping Springs – an area prime for major growth over the next few years. Nestled in the picturesque Texas Hill Country, its natural scenic views, rolling topography and access to miles of Onion Creek shoreline make living here a one-of-a-kind opportunity.
The Parade is being held in the gated Wildwood neighborhood of Caliterra, an 18 lot enclave of luxury homes located between two creeks and wooded greenbelts. The builders selected to participate in the 2016 Parade of Homes™ include Arbogast Custom Homes, Lake Travis Builders, Sommerfeld Construction and Sterling Custom Homes.
